> Traveller\'s Place Hostel
Traveller’s Place Hostel is a brand new hostel located in Santiago, Chile. We are welcoming international students and young travelers from all around the world in a nice and fun ambiance. The hostel is located in the young and vibrant neighborhood of the city center called Barrio Brasil. Our goal is to give our guests the best experience based on a good service and an attention to every detail.
> Missions
Tasks:
- Develop marketing (off and online) and pricing strategies
- Do some marketing research & competitive market analysis.
- Manage the bookings and distribution channels
- Attend guests (customer service)
- Develop new products, packages, activities…
- Handle basics financial and accounting reports
- Implement international partnerships

> Profil
Requirements:
- Fluent English, Knowledge of marketing, administration
- Spanish and any additional language would be an advantage (Portuguese, French, German…)
- Graduating student of Marketing, P.R., Journalism, Tourism, Administration Language, or Management.
- Hopefully some experience in hospitality, tourism sector and reservation systems.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media campaigns and websites.
The ideal candidate would have innovative ideas, social skills, strong sense of responsibilities, be interested in entrepreneurship and business development. The position also requires adaptability and flexibility.
