I think that it is impossible to answer you about this kind of question ? Why?
Because the strenght and weaknesses depend of the multinational activities, about their products or services and about their environment..etc.

So try to choose an exemple about an international company and after that we 'll try to help you!! by giving you a solution about SWOT and what should you do to improve the situation!!

i can not use an exemple in that research work but i can make another research work,if i do not find:

- they control the economic and social activities
- they give analysis which is use by managers to make there speeches

Second hypothesis : labour unions as an obstacle for managers

- they encourage strickes, blocus
- they demand always more money and more social advantages
- they don't consider employers as partners but as enemy
- ...
