Competition for me is a battle between operators and companies in a field named : market.

You can compete by destroying prices :

This strategy is used as an attempt to eliminate competition. It involves lowering your prices to an extent where competition cannot compete and consequently, they go out of business. By just reading the last sentence, it sounds very threatening to not only the competition, but also to yourself: this is what you find with all competition based pricing strategies.

You can compete by asking yourself the question : what makes my products so special? that means what is the concept you wanna give the consumers about the value of your product.

you can't talk about competition without dealing with the demand. if you are the only one in the market with a concept of regular demand then you are the best, if not then look around , their ads, web sites, what 's the advantage they offer and you don't?

other thing you should know about competition, it is information.information is power, and more you know about the other players in the field, the best it is.

i hope you got the main ideas you should look for.
