The “ Marketing Production” team, part of the ‘Global Marketing Communication’ department, aims at supporting 5 regional hubs (Europe, North-America, Asia, International and Latin America), by delivering a wide range of marketing, training and communication tools, in multiple languages

DESCRIPTION DES MISSIONS:
Within the Marketing Production team 2 missions are currently available:
1- Marketing activities financial analysis & Project coordination
This mission will be split in 2 parts:
1/Financial analysis and follow-up for the ‘Marketing Production’ department:
Manage marketing supplier purchases
Provide regular Key Performance Indicators to identify Marketing suppliers strengths and weaknesses
Monitor supplier performance and propose issue resolution action plans. Implement and execute these plans.
Purchase processes optimization
2/ Online Media project coordination:
Closely follow-up project key steps, from the Media Production start to the Media delivery and status update.
Interact with the various project stakeholders in order to secure project timing and delivery quality
Coordinate supplier work to optimize timing and cost
This mission requires good analytical thinking abilities, a structured approach and good interpersonal and communication skills, at all levels.
2- Photo Delivery
This mission will imply supplier management and project coordination:
Support Project Manager in the various steps of the Image creation workflow (from photo shooting to picture delivery)
Update and optimize existing written processes
Educate and train project actors (internal, external/ suppliers) on the Volvo working principles
Coordinate supplier work to optimize timing and cost
This mission requires an ability to handle multiple topics at the same time and good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
This offer is opened both to full-time trainees or apprentice, available for a 1 year period. This mission will imply supplier management and project coordination:

PROFIL DU CANDIDAT :
The candidate should show abilities to plan, take own initiatives and work independently in networks. He/ she should be result oriented, a team player with courage, integrity, good judgment, professionalism, commitment and a drive to improve.
Additionally:
- Given the international environment good skills in written and spoken English is a must. (TOEIC level: 800)
- Belley is a 45min drive away from Chambery, 1h from Grenoble & Lyon – a car may prove useful
- Availability for international business trips
- Capacity to work in a multicultural environment
- Good computer skills
