Jenman African Safaris, a Specialist Tour Operator based in Kenilworth Cape Town, requires a German speaking Sales consultant looking for a varied and challenging growth opportunity. Our extensive product range includes Madagascar, Southern and East Africa amongst others.

> Missions

Tasks include:
• Updating of Jenman African Safaris’ website with in-house Content Management System (www.jenmansafaris.com, www.safariafrika.de, www.jenman.travel, www.victoriafalls.biz, www.travel2madagascar.com) – no html knowledge needed
• Translating of monthly e-newsletter
• International Mail Management
• Assistance when compiling Marketing material: brochures in English & other languages, Calendars and Postcards
• Research and writing of web texts
• Database Admin & Management
• General correspondence with clients and agents
• General marketing tasks and assistance of Marketing department
• Working on upcoming projects
• Assisting with rate requests and negotiations
• Maintaining of the rates folders on the server
• Updating spread sheets with data relating to suppliers
• General filing and admin for product managers

Languages advantageous – French/Spanish (this must be your home language, ‘mother tongue’
