Venue Finder Service Intern
6 Months - As soon as possible
We are seeking an organized, independent, lively, and enthusiastic candidate to integrate our CRM team for the following tasks:
• Continuous tracking of prospective and current clients’ data, plus research (contact details and capacities for hotels, convention centres etc.)
• Ensure regular back-up of data stored in the CRM system
• Assisting the Venue Finder Service Department in selecting appropriate venues and destinations worldwide based on internal and external sources
• Follow up with clients (venues and meeting planners) by e-mail and on the phone
• Coordinating between Venue Finder Service department, sales team and clients
• Create and maintain online accounts on company websiteVenue Finder Service Intern

• Full fluency in English is a must, plus another language (German, French, Spanish etc.)
• Ability to multi-task, juggling administrative tasks with CRM functions
• Ability to administer a database
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to be able to work in an international environment and exchange with demanding clients• Full fluency in English is a must, plus another language (German, French, Spanish etc.)
